k3333 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "k3333" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the k3333 online gaming platform operating at k3333.games, including its operators, licensors, and authorised agents.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the k3333 platform, whether on desktop or mobile device.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a user on the k3333 platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Platform" — refers to the k3333 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are offered.
• "Services" — refers to all gaming, betting, payment, account management, and support functions made available through the k3333 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matching deposits awarded by k3333 under a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to actual PKR currency deposited by a Player using an accepted payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including submission of valid identity documentation as required by k3333 and applicable regulatory standards.

By accessing the k3333 platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or game stake, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, game-specific regulations, and the k3333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k3333. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. k3333 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are published in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretive purposes. Where any translation has been provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

To be eligible to register and maintain a k3333 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your sole personal use — corporate or syndicate accounts are not permitted.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order issued by k3333 or any other regulated gaming operator.
• You have not previously had a k3333 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by k3333 for KYC compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring all account information remains accurate and up to date. k3333 reserves the right to suspend any account pending verification of submitted information.

Only one account per person, household, device, or shared IP address is permitted. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k3333 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances.

k3333 will never request your account password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. k3333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

k3333 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Verification requests must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant notification. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary account restriction and delayed withdrawal processing.

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. k3333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee on dormant accounts after this period, subject to applicable notification requirements. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or contact support if they wish to retain an inactive account without deduction.

k3333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. k3333 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or payment methods denominated in foreign currencies for Pakistani player accounts.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. k3333 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts held in another person's name, or accounts belonging to any person other than the registered account holder. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are communicated within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

k3333 does not charge a platform fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. k3333 accepts no responsibility for fees applied by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank on the user's side of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion. k3333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, subject to payment provider processing times. k3333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of significant value.

k3333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are issued at k3333's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a single account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds as specified — some promotions exclude certain game categories from contributing toward wagering requirements.
• k3333 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any conduct intended to exploit the promotion.
• Bonus Funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash outside the wagering framework, or assigned to another account.

Promotional offers communicated via email, SMS, or the k3333 platform are intended solely for the named recipient and are non-transferable. k3333 will not honour promotions that have been shared, resold, or distributed through unofficial channels.

All bets and game stakes placed on k3333 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with game rules before placing any wager. k3333 bears no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics, betting markets, or odds formats.

Cricket betting markets — including PSL match betting, T20I internationals, and Test match specials — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or replayed, k3333's settlement rules for the specific market shall apply. Pre-match bets placed on matches subsequently abandoned will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules indicate otherwise.

All casino games, live dealer games, and instant games on k3333 operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information section. k3333 does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit from any game session.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, k3333 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct pre-error state. Where this is not technically possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded at k3333's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k3333 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to place bets or access game outcomes in an unauthorised manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that disadvantages other users or k3333.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the k3333 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose prohibited by these Terms.
• Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another person.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at k3333 staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.

All content on the k3333 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, audio, video, trademarks, logos, text, and interface design elements — is the exclusive property of k3333 or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any k3333 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k3333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any use of k3333 content beyond this scope — including scraping, reverse engineering, data mining, or unauthorised redistribution — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from technical failures beyond k3333's reasonable control.

k3333's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of Real Money Funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.

k3333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and all regions of Pakistan. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a means to recover financial losses, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limit takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders to help monitor time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to prevent unplanned expenditure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or a permanent exclusion, via the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity are available to all players.

k3333 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account where indicators of problem gambling are observed, including but not limited to: escalating deposit frequency, reversal of self-imposed limits, or distress signals communicated via support channels. k3333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where it determines, acting reasonably, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of false identity documentation.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to k3333.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A court order, regulator instruction, or law enforcement directive requires the account to be frozen or closed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting k3333 support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance (net of any voided Bonus Funds) will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Account closure does not affect k3333's right to investigate prior activity on the account.

k3333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the k3333 platform, no less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by a regulatory instruction or legal obligation.

Your continued use of the k3333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k3333's international gaming license is issued. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from your use of the k3333 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, players are encouraged to raise their concern directly with k3333's support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted via live chat or email to [email protected].

k3333 does not accept disputes relating to game outcomes that have been verified by the platform's certified RNG systems and confirmed as technically valid. Disputes relating to withdrawal processing, bonus settlement, or account status will be considered on their individual merits.
